What is a buyer questionnaire pack?

EU customers increasingly screen their suppliers on sustainability. The requests arrive in different shapes — a procurement spreadsheet, an EcoVadis campaign, a CDP invitation, a CBAM data request from your importer — but they largely ask for the same facts: your emissions, your energy, your certifications, your policies.

The SOLANIQ Buyer Pack keeps one canonical answer set — your measured emissions and energy from your SOLANIQ report, plus company facts you enter once — and maps it into four frameworks (VSME, CBAM, EcoVadis, CDP), each exportable as PDF, Excel and JSON. Answer once, reuse everywhere.

What data do I need?

  • Your SOLANIQ report — electricity, fuels and production. Every measured figure in the pack comes from it; if you have not created one yet, start there.
  • Company facts — products, headcount, certifications, policies, turnover. Entered once in the pack’s Company profile card; signed in, they are saved to your account and prefilled from then on. Turnover and headcount are optional.
  • Evidence (optional) — utility invoices, certificates, policy PDFs to back your answers. See measured vs self-declared.

Is this an official submission?

No. The pack is prepared from your SOLANIQ data to answer buyer requests — it is not an official EcoVadis or CDP response, not an EU filing, and not legal or compliance advice. You review every document before sending it. Each export carries this disclaimer, its reference version and its remaining gaps, so the buyer sees exactly what they are getting.

Export content is in English by design — that is what EU buyers and verifiers read. Ready to try? Open the Buyer Pack.
